The lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis at the same day and time every week.

Payment for lessons must be made on a monthly basis.

Payment is due at the start of the first lesson of the month.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

If you cannot attend a lesson you can reschedule the lesson as long as notice is received at least one day in advance.

Rescheduled lessons must take place within one week of the missed lesson.

Lessons cancelled on the day of the lesson cannot be rescheduled and the cost of the lesson will not be refunded.

Lessons missed without prior notification cannot be rescheduled and the cost of the lesson will not be refunded.

Lessons are only valid within the month they were purchased and cannot be carried over to the next month.
